50 employees
Mid-size by design. Big enough to run 50+ mould machines and 30+ presses, small enough that every project is visible to management.
Dongguan Cents Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a family-scale precision injection mould manufacturer that has been cutting steel since 2003 and exporting since 2017. We keep the company deliberately simple so the engineering stays close to the customer.
Our factory sits in Humen Town, Dongguan City — the cluster in Guangdong that the industry calls the Town of Mould. Everything we do happens inside one 2,520 m² facility: mould design, CNC machining, EDM and slow-wire EDM, CMM inspection, mould assembly, mould trial and production moulding.
We are an OEM/ODM manufacturer specialising in mould and plastic injection for more than 20 years. Our customers are mainly in Europe and North America, and we help them realise the plastic part design for almost any industry — by mould.
As a professional mould OEM/ODM supplier, our authorised factory covers 2,520 m² with professional teams and employees, and has a mould workshop, a plastic injection workshop, an anti-dust moulding workshop and assembly workshops, equipped with 50+ of the most advanced mould processing machines. Alongside them run 30+ injection machines from 20 to 300 tons for customers who need us to produce the parts as well as the tool.

Cents began in 2003, making injection moulds for plastic products. The founder was not a salesman or a trader — he was a mould design engineer who had worked in Japanese and Taiwanese mould factories, where drawing discipline, steel selection and dimensional control are treated as non-negotiable.
When he started his own workshop, he brought that method with him. From 2003 onward the focus has been narrow and consistent: design moulds for customers and manufacture moulds for customers — not to trade other people's tooling, and not to spread into unrelated products.
In 2017 we began exporting directly, and the European and North American customers who came with it raised the bar again. The tolerances they specified are the reason ±0.01 mm mould precision is now simply how we work.
A medium-sized factory with a short chain of command — the reason our customers get answers in hours rather than weeks.
Mid-size by design. Big enough to run 50+ mould machines and 30+ presses, small enough that every project is visible to management.
Mould designers and process engineers working on DFM, mould structure, cooling, gating and the moulding process window for every tool.
Dedicated inspection staff running CMM checks and issuing a QC report per part — not production operators checking their own work.
Because management is simple, there is no layer of coordinators, no account manager paraphrasing your e-mail, and no internal relay race between departments. A change you request is passed directly from the owner to the workshop in a single step. In tooling projects, that is the difference between a solved problem and a two-week delay.
Mould making, moulding and assembly are separate areas with separate disciplines — which is why quality does not get compromised between them.
CNC machining centres, EDM, slow-wire EDM, milling and grinding for mould bases, cavities and inserts. Imported machines from Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Germany and Taiwan.
30+ injection machines running from 20 tons to 300 tons, covering small precision parts through to larger housings and packaging components.
A separated clean environment for appearance-critical and contamination-sensitive parts where dust marks or flow lines would fail inspection.
Sub-assembly and finished-goods assembly lines, so a customer can receive a completed product rather than a bag of loose mouldings.
We try our best to realise the designs, dreams and good concepts and ideas about products that our customers create. A mould is where a drawing stops being a drawing — and where a business either gets its product to market or does not. That responsibility is the whole reason Cents exists.
We are happy to arrange a live video walkthrough of the mould workshop, the injection floor and the inspection room before you place an order.
