A mould maker,
not a trading company

Dongguan Cents Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("Cents Mould") is a Chinese injection mould manufacturer based in Humen Town, Dongguan — the region known across the industry as the Town of Mould. We started making plastic injection moulds in 2003 and began exporting in 2017.

We are an OEM/ODM mould and plastic injection supplier. Customers send us a part drawing, a 3D file or even just an idea; we take it through mould design, CNC machining, EDM and slow-wire EDM, CMM inspection, mould trial and then plastic injection moulding of production parts — plus assembly if you need it. One factory, one supplier, one point of accountability.

Automated, imported equipment — nothing subcontracted

Our mould machines are imported from Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Germany and Taiwan — Yasoda and OKUMA CNC centres, Makino EDM, Swiss GF slow-wire EDM, Hexagon CMM. Most mould machining runs automatically on these machines, which means consistent geometry and far less operator variation.

Because we do not send work out, you avoid the two hidden costs of outsourced tooling: extra processing time and the margin stacked on top by every sub-supplier. It also means when something needs changing, it is changed in our building — not chased across a supply chain.

Tolerance is a habit, not a promise

Mould precision at Cents is held to ±0.01 mm, and our machining equipment is capable of accuracy down to 0.001 mm. Our customers are mainly in Europe and North America, and the dimensional discipline their drawings demand has become the daily habit of every operator — not a special effort reserved for difficult jobs.

Every critical mould component is verified on a Zeiss Contura and Hexagon CMM at ±0.002 mm — ±0.005 mm, and you receive a QC report with the dimensional data rather than a promise that "it is fine".

15 years on one cosmetics tool programme

For 15 consecutive years we have built the moulds that produce lipstick outer tubes and middle tubes for a very well-known European cosmetics company. The customer's specification called for a mould life of 1,000,000 cycles.

The moulds we built have reached 5,000,000 cycles — five times the requirement. Cosmetics packaging punishes tooling with high polish requirements, thin walls and airtight fits; if a mould survives 15 years of that, it will survive your project.

  • Overmoulding / multi-material moulds — several plastics bonded into a single part in one tool

Mould design & DFM

Part and mould design review, gate and runner layout, cooling circuit design, steel and hardness selection, draft analysis and a written DFM report before any steel is cut.

CNC mould machining

Japan Yasoda YBM640V and Japan OKUMA MP46V machining centres, Taiwan Yongjin NSV1020MA and NDV850, Koruisi 540A, Japan FANUC D14MIA and Taiqunjingjin T-8 — covering mould bases and cavities with maximum part sizes up to 950 × 550 mm.

EDM & slow-wire EDM

Japanese Makino EDG3 spark erosion and Swiss GF slow-wire EDM to 0.001 mm accuracy — essential for sharp corners, deep ribs and hardened cavity inserts.

Mould trial & sampling

T1 sample trial in our own workshop, dimensional and appearance inspection, sample parts shipped to you for approval, then steel and process corrections until the mould is signed off.

Plastic injection moulding

30+ injection machines from 20 to 300 tons, including a dedicated anti-dust moulding workshop for appearance-critical and cleaner requirements — running production parts on your mould or ours.

Mould price depends on part size, cavity number, steel grade, mould life target and complexity (sliders, lifters, unscrewing, hot runner). Rather than quote a number that means nothing without your drawing, we quote from your 3D file or sample. Send a file and you will receive a breakdown of mould cost, part cost and lead time — usually within two working days.

Typical custom injection moulds run in the range of several weeks from drawing approval to T1 samples, depending on size, cavity count and complexity. Because all machining, EDM and CMM inspection are done in-house with no outsourcing, the schedule is under our own control and we can give you a realistic date instead of a hopeful one.

±0.01 mm is the mould precision we hold as standard, and our machining centres are capable of accuracy to 0.001 mm. Critical features are measured on a Zeiss Contura and Hexagon CMM at ±0.002–0.005 mm and reported to you, so tolerance is demonstrated with data rather than asserted.

Yes. We run 30+ injection machines from 20 to 300 tons, including a dedicated anti-dust moulding workshop, plus assembly workshops. Many customers take the complete package — mould plus ongoing part production — while others buy the mould and run it in their own plant. Both are normal for us.
